pc conectivity problems

i recently reset windows and wiped everything on my hardrive when i re download windows everything was working fine but i'm downloading mass effect Andromeda and my connection becomes dead as in mass effect only download while internet pages don't load and things go offline. i'm confused becasuse in the past i was able to download multiple games and play games and open web pages at the same time?

Will surmise that your windows download/reinstall may have been the recipient of some buggy or corrupted update.

When you started doing the additional uploads and reinstalls the problems were never corrected or perhaps even uncorrectable. Or some older driver was installed; difficult to tell.

Focus on getting Windows stable and up to date. Then, one app at a time, get each app functioning as you require.

It worked before because all of the functioning software worked well together. Now something is amiss and the objective is to identify what that might be.

Make use of Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Peformance Monitor to watch each app to ensure that any given one is not grabbing all or a large portion (large being relative) of any system resource.

Change only one thing at a time and make an effort to make any given action on your part reversible. Watch for some pattern of events that will narrow down a possible source of the problem.
