Some questions spring to mind:

Is this a boutique build? If so how much is it and who is the supplier?
Why such a massive PSU? 650Watts will be moderate overkill for this single GPU build, even overclocked.
Don't expect to game on 3 4K monitors. At all. Even the GTX1080ti will struggle with one.
Why the mixed SSDs?
