Pc config help on low budget

Hy guys.
Im lookong for a new pc, and my friend give this config:
INTEL Core i5-6400 2.70GHz 1151 BOX
XFX RX-470P4LDB6 RX 470 4GB GDDR5 Black Edition PCIE
Kingston 8GB DDR4 2133MHz HyperX Fury Black HX421C14FB/8
MSI B150M MORTAR
NZXT Source 210 Elite
Western Digital 1TB 64MB WD10EZEX
XFX TS430

I buy this at middle/late of january. Can You guys give me a few hints? Or this config will be good enough?
I want to play primary with Xcom2

It's all compatible and looks pretty decent. By the time you're ready to buy, the partslist will likely look a lot different. For now, the 3GB 1060 is about the same price as the 470 so it's a much better deal. I recommend either paying a little more for the i5 6500 or 6600 OR dropping down to the i3 6100. I just don't like the i5 6400's low base clock speed. The i3 6100 will actually outperform it a lot of the time.

My best advice is to wait until you're ready to order the parts and ask the same question again.
