Thanks a lot for the reply. Just wanted you to know that I have kept aside 10K for purchasing a monitor. So the actual budget is 40K including a monitor. I liked your advice very much. But the budget is a little tight. Can we tone down some components to fit into the required budget (keeping the possibility of upgrading in the future when I have more money). If not can you suggest a monitor for 10K?

RAM was the killer. But this should work in a pinch. You can still add a second 8GB stick to reach 16GB when funds become available.
