Question PC Consistently Crashes

Hi, I have an issue with my pc. My PC crashes to a black screen most often when gaming or browsing the web with heaps of tabs open. While playing games such as League of Legends for example, task manager shows me that the game is using 'very high' PSU usage. My specs are:
16GB Ram
Nvidia 780Ti
I7 4770K CPU
850W Silverstone Gold PSU
2TB Storage
2x 225GB SSD Raid

I dont think my PC should be using all that PSU usage when my overclocked system doesnt even use all 850W I had thought. All help appreciated

Task manager has no idea what your PSU's output or capability is.

This is not a PSU problem.

That is not the PSU's fault better checking if any other components might be failing. did you even check the temps of the PC? Better if you added more information in this case.
