Question pc constant boot loop after enabling xmp

i7 9700k
rtx 2080 super
asus z390-p mobo
16gb ddr4 mem

Remove the lithium battery from the mobo with the psu already unplugged... Hold the power button on the case for 30s x2 times then reseat battery in mobo the plug psu back in boot system

I just ended up manually overclocking it to 3100
