Reset all windows drive only still the same
Reset all drives and success. Used pc for about an hour and shutdown, when restarted the pin entry fills/filling with 9's
Please help

Remove your current keyboard and replace it with a known working unit. You may want to use the existing keyboard on another system and see if the issue persists there as well. I would also suggest if you can get into Safe Mode and see if the issue persists. Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard.

Can you list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

It's very likely a stuck key. There are a few crazy things I've heard of that can cause that also. If you can get it working, you can turn off repeated keys. It's been a while since I've seen where. But I believe it's under "ease of access" then keyboard and you might have to look around from there. Its probably easy to find. Obviously only a temporary fix.

Ok thank you I will try these as soon as I complete the 67% complete reset

It is true that most typical wired mice are just plug and play. Wireless mice and keyboards often do have a driver (Logitech for example).

Good luck, perhaps the old wired keyboard was the culprit. I've certainly experienced a stuck key many times (and for no identifiable reason too). Usually fixed by randomly swatting the keys until it stops in frustration.

Just restarted and all went well
So ye it must've been that old keyboard I totally never even gave a thought tok
How dense

Thanks all for time and expertise and we'll wishing appreciated
