PC cooling problem

it might be overheating. install some sensor software and see how hot its getting and make sure the CPU fan is still working. Also, you might try reinstalling the heatsink with some good quality thermal paste, not the grey thermal pad most stock heatsinks come with.

it could also be bad RAM or damaged PSU that's not sending enough voltage (though that PSU seems pretty good)

do you have crash logs or a screen shot of the blue screen (assuming you're on windows)
