pc cooling question about cpu

i have few questions.

1: is there a difference keeping the lid of the case off rather then closed , will it cool beter with case door open.

2: will it be better to keep case door open and put the pc near window have window open, will this help.

am asking this to know what you think of about this.

If you have sufficient air intake, case covers on or off should not matter.
Usually if you have two 120mm intake fans or better, you will cool adequately.

If your room heats up the ambient air, then opening a window may help.

Really, the best way to keep a pc cool is to use modern components that do not run hot.
