I have been hearing recently that PC's can now have Co-Op on one screen with Multiple controllers. This is exactly what I have been wanting.
However my searches for the specifics only finds very old info or just lists of games with Co-Op.
Specifically how do I implement couch Co-Op on the PC?

Might you be referring to the Steam Link? it is a device used to stream your pc to your tv so you can play co-op games on your couch. Aside from that you just need a few co-op games, preferably on Steam and as long as you have enough controllers it should work fine.

No No.
Guys, Local Co-Op. One PC, One Screen. Just like consoles used to be known for and PCs didn't used to do.
Limited in links while at work, but here's one.

Some game I saw for Co-op single screen PC are:
Lovers In A Dangerous Spacetime

Battle Block Theater is a puzzle adventure game that can be played single player as well as co-op or PVP that costs $14.99.

The core gameplay consists of 2D puzzle platforming where the player must collect gems in a level and then reach the exit. For what sounds simple enough can at times be excruciatingly difficult.

It was just that easy.
Most PC gamers and even the otherwise knowledgeable girl at GameStop didn't know about PC couch co-op. By most, I mean none of my friends, none of my IT co-workers, no one at a GameStop.
