pc crached so i'm obliged to shut it down

hello, my fujitsu siemens crashes after about twenty minutes of free internet, this happens especially when I log on facebook! I tried to format it but it does not work and I get an error message saying that the disk formatting can not be done! Have you please provide me solutions?

What type of crash ? Blue screen or hangs or any other ?

the mouse freezes and I can not do anything even with the keyboard I have to stop, so i think it's hangs !

Then it should be a virus attack and if you are not experienced in full format or other things call a technician.

Mcafee or Kaspersky old trial version.
