Question pc craches, have to flip the switch off then on after a few seconds to restart it

so i built a new pc, and ive had this issue for awhile now but no solution, but i forgot to mention that i had to flip the switch on and off last time, i dont believe its temperature related because i have monotered my cpu and graphics card, nothing seems out of the ordinary, the crash only happens when i play games, and mainly only dota 2, any other game will cause it once a month,

so il be playing dota for 30 mins, an hour, maybe more and then it will just shut off, no warning, some days it doesn't even happen

my power supply is a
EVGA 600 B1, 80+ Bronze 600W

what do you mean by usage? the cpu max wattage as packages was 39 watts and utilization was 90, for the gpu its 91 watts and 100 for utilization
