Question Pc crahes to fuzzy line screens while playing games

First my English is very bad so please try to understand it . It is a old pc with no graphics card .pc going to fuzzy scrren lines and crashes only when plating games, just like the image in the link

That would mean an GPU issue, either dust build up, bad thermal paste or PSU.
