Question PC Crash after CPU upgrade

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
CPU cooler: Deepcool AK400 (average temperature 45-64°C)
Motherboard: ASRock B450M-HDV R.4
Ram: 2 x 8GB Corsair vengeance
SSD/HDD: 256GB V-Gen nvme M.2
GPU: Zotac RTX 3060Ti (60°C ±)
PSU: FractalDesign Ion gold 850w
Chassis: Thermaltake Tower 200
OS: Win10
Overclock/changing hardware settings: none

PC Crash after 2-3minute while playing games (no problem when using it for browsing and all) and sometimes after I turn on my PC, one of my HDD isn't detected by the system (probably because of bad sata cable, will change it asap). the only temporary fix I found is by reinstalling my BIOS but then the problem occurs once again if I'm not re-installing my BIOS after 2-3x I turn my PC off.

take out the cmos battery ( the circle battery thingy its usually covered by the gpu ) and leave it out for 3-5 mins or update the bios if that doesnt work

Yeah I forgot that CMOS battery is a thing, will try it later. I got the latest BIOS and reinstalling it just make a temporary fix
