pc crash and freezes

pc crashes and freezes i need help idk what to do to fix this i’ve got a video but i kinda don’t wanna put it on utube when i run games it’s fine for a bit but if it’s idle then it freezes or just crashes i don’t think it’s the power supply cause i just got a new one
i just put new cpu glue on just to make sure

Try re-seating your RAM.

Do you see a Blue screen during the crash?

no i haven’t tried that but i will once i get home @hamperking68 also i don’t get a blue screen

If that's not the issue.

Try downloading Ubuntu and running it in demo-mode on a USB for a bit.

That should allow us to rule out HDD failure.
