PC Crash coloured lines

Hi, I have problem with my computer suddenly it started crashing.
First crash was with horizontal lines and blue screen and it restarted and booted to windows fine and I wasn't playing any games at that time I was watching TV
Second time windows started slow down and eventualy froze I rebooted manually and when it got to window 7 logo it restarted and didn't stop unless I turned off PC, after that I tried to reinstall windows but I got errors like (0x8007 partition can't be formated) and (can't locate system offline locale information) I had a succesfull instalation once but it froze at (finalizing your information) and I tried reinstalling again until I deleted partition created two seperate partitions on the new partition I successfuly installed windows 7 and it was working fine until I was playing game and PC crashed again red,dark, horizontal lines appeard I manually rebooted and it kept restarting after few hours I turn my PC and it booted succesfully until now it is working fine.

Have you tried taking your graphics card out and using the onboard gpu, I have a hunch that its your graphics card causing these issues if so replace it. I would recommend a 650 ti boost if your in the market for low profile value cards
 
I had the same problem as you. I never got to the point of reinstalling the o.s. but i fixed it taking out the graphic card and connecting it back again. My thought was that the last time i pluged my monitor the card may had gone a little bit loose, causing the bluescreens and the memory dumps. And after i did that, everything came back to normal.
