pc crash fans get loud

Pc starts fine for about one hour, then crash to a whiteish, greenish and sometimes black screen, fans speed up and become so loud. nothing responds untill hardreset. after reboot it will last five minutes.
If i hardreset third time, nothing on the screen, power led on, hdd spining, CPU led on, keyboard/ mouse on, fans speed loud like hell again. NB/ Hp corei5, 4gb Ram. Have Intergrated Gpu no external
-No dust
-Thermal paste reinstalled
-No bulging capacitors
-Ram seated Ok
-Temperatures Ok

I need help.....

Try different RAM, try another known good power supply. Try a clean Windows setup, maybe on a spare hard drive so as not to mess with your current setup. Maybe reseat the CPU. If none of those work, you may need to look into replacing the motherboard.
