PC crash followed by stuttering sound and reboot

I have just wiped my HDD and reinstalled Windows 10 Pro without backing up anything. I updated my drivers and installed steam and csgo. 5 Minutes into my competitive match my PC crashes, gives me a high speed stuttering sound, and my PC then reboots about 10 seconds later. This only happens when playing games as I can browse the internet just fine. Not sure why this is happening a I didnt have any problems yesterday playing csgo on Manjaro. Sounds like a hardware issue, either GPU is going bad or the PSU is giving out. Try underclocking the GPU for now

Wow, I had no idea I'd be looking at upgrades this soon because I built my PC 9months ago will all brand new parts. Thanks for the quick reply!

EDIT: I actually fixed the issue by using Windows Update. Glad my buddy was able to save me $700
