No BSOD,
disk check : no error
Ram test : Passed
sfc : No corrupt
can help this one ? i can't play any game except watch dogs and browsing :/

btw after deep search (to try solved from it but fail) this File System Filter 'npsvctrig' always mention before pc crash/freeze. what happend ? this microsoft bugs ?

Solution
quick google search of "npsvctrig " suggests updating your device drivers may fix this issue. Update your windows, GPU, and potentially BIOS and see if it fixes the issue. If it doesn't fix the issue it more likely points to hardware. But rule out software if possible first since that is a much cheaper fix.

Full system specs including make and model of psu?

ah sorry forget mention it
CPU : AMD ryzen 5 2400G
Ram : GEIL DDR4 AMD EDITION EVO POTENZA PC21330 2666MHz 4x2 (8GB)
PSU : Enlight 400w bronze 80+
VGA : Vega 11 (onboard)
mobo : Asrock A320M-HDV R4.0

i recently think if my psu cause this problem, but why i can play watch dogs 2hours without problem, but play like rainbow six siege only play 1 match and while not use pc have this problem :/ .

Just make sure the GPU cables are all plugged in and reconnect them
Should work

Make sure the cable to monitor isnt damaged

No GPU cables, they are using onboard video.
Not sure what you mean in the other post about swapping CPU and GPU cables, you don't want to do that. If you have PCIe power, it should be in the video card, not the CPU. They should not even fit since they are keyed differently.

all driver update exepct bios and LAN network, bios i don't want take risk for now, for lan new version much problem can't detect IP and always disconnected.
