[SOLVED] PC crash on "Getting devices ready" after new parts

Hi all,
I just recently upgraded my motherboard, gpu, and cpu. When i try to boot my pc up, it crashes on the "Getting devices ready" screen. Everything is plugged in correctly as far as i can tell. I have not installed any new drivers nor have I uninstalled any old ones. Anything helps, thanks
