Question PC crash on startup, might be graphics card

The first thing that happened was the whole pc crashing while playing hearthstone. It was still running but showed brown and the sound bugged out.

I hard-reset the pc and booted it up again. The screen showed this

and didn't continue booting.

I have quite an old motherboard (Sabertooth 990fx) and I recently updated videocard drivers, so that might both be the issues. The monitor works fine with my Nintendo Switch so that isn't the issue

Please help me

It is most likely the GPU drivers or a bad card. you said it doesn't boot at all?
