I've upgraded my pc CPU and GPU and started having issues during heavy load the pc freeze and restarts and many people told me its the issue with the bios or need to uninstall and reinstall the drivers using ddu and some told me its the psu so I bought a new psu but the issues still remain the same and I put back my old gpu with the new cpu and the issues was gone and same thing happen when i put my old cpu and new gpu together the issue was gone so I thought it was cpu and I told my friend to use my new gpu in his pc to test it and there wasnt any freezes or crashes or any restarts so I thought it was my cpu overheating so i bought a new 240mm aio to replace my old 120mm aio but the issues remain the same and when i use my old cpu and new gpu the gpu utilization is average and temps are low however when i use my new gpu with my new cpu the temps go high very fast and gpu utilization spikes going from like 27% to 98% in a blink of an eye and after sometime the pc freeze and crashes and restarts has anyone have solution to this issues and I have checked on internet for the solution but they werent related to mine can cpu really increase the gpu temps
