Pretty unusual for them not to work in that case.

When you go to select the OC, try to pick something slower to see if it will load?
You can utilize something like CPU-Z to see different reported timings (JDEC, etc) for a try at setting them manually.

I tried put on 3400mhz and set the voltage to 1.45 but doesn't work, i don't understand everything 100% about this but I will google it.., thank you :)

Just to be absolutely clear you have in total 64gb made up of 2x (2x16gb)?

If yes then this is the problem. RAM is only guaranteed to work together in the matched kits it is sold, mixing kits can have issues. Mixing 2 different RAM sticks often works but when using 4 the chances of issues are much higher. It’s a single kit of 2x16gb, the 2 sticks came in a single matched and tested kit and not separately.

You say you did everything but updating the BIOS is unique, it’s not the same as loading drivers.
I did update via USB and tried everything but nothing works im very confused now
