PC crash while playing games

Every time I play a game or after I close one my pc black screens and everything freezes including mouse and keyboard( caps lock) my pc stays on but everything is frozen and I have to force shutdown. I have never had this problem before and it was random and I have had my pc for over 3 years. All of my drivers are updated aswell as the latest version of windows and my cores are also not parked. Any help would be appreciated
