i5 9400f,16gb ram 2666mhz(oc),rx 470 4gb strix

seasonic m12ii-520 evo edition bronze
On cpu max 60 and same on gpu

m12ii is a Tier D PSU. This is not the m12ii-520 X50 watts Tier C which is already better but not by that much.

Since it doesn't look like you're having an overheating issue I would say that your m12ii-520 decided to crap out and just shutdown your system when you start asking more juice out of it.
