I booted my PC, loaded Windows 10, started updating drivers for my headphones and mouse when the screen went black and my keyboard and mouse died. My Mic still has the power light on. The fans and lights still run, as do all the buttons on the case. Do any of you all have any thoughts?

i have one idea, that may work, but it’s a definite maybe.
Turn off your computer,
Try and reseat your graphics card and then reboot.

if that doesn’t work, I will find more solutions for your problem!

Still having problems. I also looked at the Cpu and standoffs for my cooler and I can't find any evidence of a short.
might it be a driver issue?

Could be a driver issue.
What I would do is have another boot drive and plug it in instead of the current one.
And use that to see if it can boot into windows with something on the screen.

See if that helps?

Hmm,
This is very strange.

See if downloading linux if this has a different effect.
I tried that and reinstalling and repairing the BIOS
I ended up taking it into a pc repair shop and he told me that it shorted itself out. I'm probably just going to get a new mobo and hope it didn't take anything else with it
