pc crashed after windows 10 install

i installed windows 10 on my laptop and it worked for like 5 minutes, after that it crashed and when i turn it on it gave me the possibility to choose an operating system, i had 2 windows 10 and my old window 8 was gone. I decided to choose one and now it won't boot and its stuck in a restart loop with the message error: internal_power_error. please help! i really need the files on my laptop

the reason for which i have not yet used windows 10 is that its not secure. This is what i have heard from a lot of people.. According to me you should not use windows 10, 7 or 8 are the best versions..
