PC kept crashing while using VLC player... first picture would brake and then i would get BSOD
that happened 4-5times but last time monitor got stuck and it did not returned to normal.
screen is flickering and picture is moving up->down like drawing of every frame is starting at different place instead of top corner
problem exist while connected to any pc, tried several
monitor is AOC 22E1D
