Monitor: AOC 22E1D
PC kept crashing while using VLC media player... first the picture would break up and then i would get a BSOD
that happened 4-5 times, but the last time monitor got stuck it did not return to normal.
The screen is flickering and picture is moving up->down like drawing of every frame is starting at different place instead of top corner
The problem exists even when it's connected to any pc, I tried several.
