[SOLVED] PC crashed, now I can't use my BT

I've been working on an issue for a while now that doesn't seem to want to be fixed. It causes my PC to freeze for no apparent reason.
I'm actually asking about a symptom of that because I had to hard restart last night, and now I have no BT. I've tried deleting and re-installing the driver, but under the "Bluetooth and other connected devices" settings, there is no checkbox to turn on the BT and the "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)" keeps popping up and then disappearing (does the same thing in Device Manager, under the BT section). I restarted it several times, to no avail, which usually fixes the issue.
I've been building for about a year now, so I'm no expert. I can't use most of my peripherals without my BT, so until I can fix this, I'm kinda boned.
I'm not sure if this is a MOBO or a Windows issue, since my BT is built into my MOBO, but any help I could get would be appreciated.

Try running this and see if it offers new drivers, I have same motherboard and got drivers from there - https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

the WIFI/BT drivers on the Gigabyte website are older than the ones on Intel, as I just checked.
