I am able to browse the web and everything just fine, but as soon as my pc needs more power (when i start to play games) it runs for a minute or two, then just shuts down! The power button will then flash and i can not turn it back on until i remove the power cable for a minute or two... Any idea what could be going on here?

I'd start by trying a new PSU. The info I can find on Azzas power supplies is not good. Supposedly made by Superflower(normally a good OEM), but there is no UL number on the units to confirm which just isn't a good sign, and no reviews for the internals to try and figure out an OEM. Between no UL number, no professionally done reviews, poor feedback on other forums, plus the symptoms I'd say the most likely culprit is the PSU.
Check your CPU fan. Is it plugged in? Is it spinning? If it's not cooling efficiently, it will shut itself down to preserve itself. If you added new hardware recently, I would question the power supply. Has anything changed since this started happening?

I have
AMD fx 4300 quad core
AZZA Dynamo 850w power supply
EVGA gtx 970 ftw
8 gb ddr3 corsair vengeance ram

I know its not my cpu or gpu overheating cause ive monitored the temps while gaming

How's that happening when it shuts down after a minute or two? Check the CPU fan please
