PC, crashes after about 20-30 mins of gaming.

Alright, so let me begin with my specs...
I7-6800K (NEW like just got it yesterday)
MSI X99A SLI Krait Edition (NEW)
16GB Corsair Vengance Ram (NEW)
RX 480 (NEW)
Corsair H100i v2 noctua fans
samsung m.2 120GB SSD (NEW)
2x 1TB WD GREEN
XFX 750W Semi Modular PSU (About 1 year old, bought it and it just sat unused.)

So, about 3-4 weeks ago after i built my pc 6 weeks ago, my PC started straight up crashing not the BSOD kind but the kind where everything freeze and you get that horrifying audio buzz. Anyway, i began testing what the hell was going on so i ran a CPU test and after a couple mins the PC would crash it would be even worse if i had OC genie enabled. So after this i checked an memtest and there was no problems there i checked a couple other thing such as GPU in an differnt system and it all seemed fine. SO i contacted my supplier and sent off my CPU. Got a new one and this is where we are right now. So, i put the CPU in and it seemed fine. I played a couple games and then crash, (OC genie was enabled when this happens ill have to test a bit on stock to see if it happens but previously it didnt) So my question is what could be causing all of this?! My CPU is watercooled and my temps idel at 19-20, and at load i never hit more then 35. Any ideas suggestions or tests would be great, i have run 1hr of OCCT with no overclock on the old CPU and the NEW CPU and there was no crashes on either.

P.S. The PC was bought 09/01/2017 (CPU, GPU, COOLER, SSD, CASE, RAM)
The PSU is alot older then i orignally thought... 09/01/2015 It still has warranty as i regitered it straight away on XFX warranty site
Funny how the dates are similar.
The only other PSU i have is an 450W Corsair PSU and apparently my system only uses 430W, so i mean i could test with that.

What's your GPU temps? Are you getting lower than average frames in games, and are all drives updated? Some GPUs have issues with either overdrawing or not allotting the full amount of dedicated memory/clock they have, offloading the pressure to the CPU. I'd make sure to take the GPU out, give it a once-over, make sure its 6/8-Pin isn't janky, and then do some stress test. If it's not the GPU, it may be something like memory/storage issues. 😛

Hi Atomicdonut, when i was waiting for my CPU i was using the GPU in an rig with an I5 4670K, 8GB of ram, 2 HDD's, and a Corsair RX450W PSU, and the system was perfectly stable, no issues or crashes so i dont think it was the GPU. Ive also run my R9 290 TRI SAPHIRE in the I7 pc and i still get the crash so i dont think its the GPU. Ive run my OS off of harddrive on the I7 aswell as off of the M.2 ssd, and i have reaintalled windows 2 times now. So im really unsure of what it might be.

First off all try to update your BIOS, new motherboards sometimes comes without any updates so this can cause problems. If the problem is still available I would suggest to test your computer with another CPU, maybe your i7 has core faulty what means when the CPU is loaded heavily can't handle with the work and crashes.

Updating bios (came newest from factory) well i was informed by MSI to reupdate it and i did and that didnt fix it, but the funny thing is that its the second CPU, so MSI informed me to send it all off to my seller will get back to you guys with the verdict from SCAN as they will test everything. I dont have anyone that owns another CPU with that socket and if it is the motherboard i dont wanna put their cpu in my motherboard rather SCAN mess up their own stuff.
