PC crashes after flickering and distorted audio.

I recently got a new AMD Radeon r9 290x and for the first 2 weeks it worked fine. In the last week, however; when I play some games (specifically Batman: Arkham Origins) the screen will flicker and the audio will repeat and then my monitor will lose signal. It takes a little longer for this to happen when playing less stressful games such as Team Fortress 2. Please help. Thank you.

My PSU is a Corsair CX750M, I recently took my PC into Micro Center and they said that I would be able to run it fine. For future reference my specs are:
GPU: AMD Radeon r9 290x
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670k
RAM: 6.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System (Doubt this will be of much use, but I mine as well.)
