Question PC Crashes... again

Soo, I've posted a ton about a similiar issue, but this is new.

I've got a new RTX 3060Ti, and It's running good.

But the PC sometimes crashes after closing a game/program, but not really in game (I had the same type of crash happen while gaming with other GPUs).

R7 2700 @3.4GHz
2x8 GB 3000mhz
MSI B450M Pro VDH Max
Thermaltake RGB Smart 700W
RTX 3060Ti
240GB SSD
1TB external HDD

The screen suddenly goes black, my peripherals don't light up, but the PC still runs.

(I'm suspecting a failing motherboard, as it did crash a single time in BIOS.)

What could this be??

the PSU you're working with? How old is the PSU in your build?

Your processor seems old when compared to the GPU, what were you working with prior to the RTX3060Ti?

BIOS version for your motherboard? Case's make and model + number of fans + orientation of said fans in case?
