PC crashes and freezes with dazzling sound and artifacts

Hi.My pc crashes while playing games (only then) with a dazzling sound and artifacts.I had a previus tread(http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/358048-15-crashes-strange-playing-games), so you can check it out if you like.The deference from then and now is that this time i found these in my Crashdump file.
Bf3.exe.3740.dmp
bf3.exe.3796.dmp and more.
Could this be a software problem cause i bought another card(GTX 550 ti) previus GTS 450 both are palit.
I appreciate any help.

if u found bzzzz sound just do this check the ram and pull out the stick and reset it and also check cpu temp if its idle temp are not 40 that means u have to change the thermal paste

Why do i need the reloaded version??

Also sometimes it crashes it crashes only whit a freeze and bf3.exe has stopped working.Also when it crashes everyother program crashes or shows different artifacts when i move the mouse or type something.Without the bzzzzz sound.
And the add-ons also stop working.In short Everything exept windows programs like my computer and my documents stops working.and i have to restart the pc.
It isnt from the psu and GPU cause i have changed them
Cpu i working with normal temps 39-40 idle.
Only the RAM and harddrive are left.
I have also reinstaled windows.

Make sure your memory isnt having issues. You might want to run memtest. Also make sure temperatures are not too high.

What power supply are you running?

650w turbo-x.I changed the ram card to a corsair vengeance 4gb but still the same.I will reaply the thermal paste after a few days and see what happens if that doesnt help i give up.When it crashed it crashed the same but it didnt make a carshdump file.

Well if the temperatures are not the problem then do not change the thermal paste.

PC crashes EVEN when playing minecraft more especially when hosting a server it crashes after 30 mins of plaY.When i host a minecraft server what is most stressed i mean mostly used?THe cpu,gpu RAM which of them?
