Pc crashes and turns off after installing r9 390x

Installed a xfx r9 390x and 750 w PSU and the PC will turn off and restart after launching and playing a game.

What brand and model of PSU? If it's shutting down when you attempt to play a game, that is most likely a PSU issue.

Did you plug the PSU into the Video card?

How old is that PSU? It's not uncommon they will go bad eventually.

its plugged in and the PSU is brand new. also i didnt mean to pick a solution

Test out the GPU in another system if you can.
