Hello, Good day to you all.
I have been questioning myself regarding these PC error. this is my current specs :

Ryzen 5 3600
Ballistix RAM 8 GB 1x 3000mhz DDR4
Kingstone Fury 2x 3200mhz DDR 4
MSI RTX 3060 TI OC V2
Asrock Steel Legend B450
AERO COOL LUX MODULAR 650M
TP-LINK AC-1200

1. I have been experiencing PC Crashes and BSOD :
- While im gaming or just casual use sometimes the pc just freeze and BSOD pop up but it kinda zoomed in and the reason it says "References by Pointer" or "Fltmgr.sys"
- Or the crash will be just freeze until i have to restart the pc manually from the case
- The Third type of error which when im playing games even tho it just low demanding game, sometimes the screen just turn off suddenly, and no display from the monitor but the PC keep running, and i have to turn it off again and turn it on again

Ive been checking the event viewer, and the reason always be Kernel Power. But when those error kinda happening too much sometimes i just have to unplug my RAMs and put it back on the different slot, but when i do that not all the time the PC go to booting up, just like all RGB turning on and the PC fan too but not the CPU Cooling Fan, and then it just turned off and on again, when that happen i just need to try another RAM slot untill it booting up normally, and usually the Crashes become less often untill it happen again and i do it all over again.

I Kinda suspect that these error caused by my PSU, because my PSU kinda ugly i think ? but is it really ? Also i own this PC for like 2-3 years

2. The Wifi issue
Well, i'm living in lets say a Dorm, and the router is just in front of Door, but idk if its the router or my wifi adapter, im using this TP-LINK AC-1200 which support 5g signal, and im using that 5g signal from the router, but it rarely works normal, most of the times my pc unable to connect to the wifi and if it do, the internet is not stable, high ping or RTO most of the times, but if i use my Phone, connect it to the Wifi and then use it as a Teathering to my PC, its way more stable and the RTO less happening almost none. i dont think im unable to use a LAN Cable since the router is placed High on the wall and shared among others. Do you think i have to change the adapter or what ? if i keep using my phone, the phone will have to stay and i cant bring it to another place.

Also is there a way to unlimit teathering connection speed from my phone ?

Extra Note :
* Yes im using 2 type of RAM, i have searched it in the internet apprently its possible to do, but i set the speed to the lowest Mhz which is 2400mhz i think

Remove the Ballistix DDR4 completely, and make sure the Kingston sticks are installed in the A2 and B2 slots, which are the second and fourth slots to the right of the CPU socket. Then try it again and see if you are still having problems. It is VERY unlikely that that 3000mhz Ballistix memory module is going to play nice with your two Fury sticks.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, then you are right in assuming you have a very poor quality power supply. Aerocool is WELL KNOWN for selling extremely cheap quality power supplies that tend to have nothing but problems.

I tried that once, with two RAM only, but sometimes the error could happening again. and sometimes i just need to mix and match the RAM again and then it run smoothly

Wow. Your BIOS is from way back in 2020. You REALLY need to update to version 4.2, then do a hard reset, and see if you still have the same issues. Your BIOS is 3 years out of date and MANY changes have been addressed since then. Especially in terms of memory compatibility, but not ONLY that.

BIOS Hard Reset procedure

Power off the unit, switch the PSU off and unplug the PSU cord from either the wall or the power supply.

Remove the motherboard CMOS battery for about three to five minutes. In some cases it may be necessary to remove the graphics card to access the CMOS battery.

During that five minutes while the CMOS battery is out of the motherboard, press the power button on the case, continuously, for 15-30 seconds, in order to deplete any residual charge that might be present in the CMOS circuit. After the five minutes is up, reinstall the CMOS battery making sure to insert it with the correct side up just as it came out.

If you had to remove the graphics card you can now reinstall it, but remember to reconnect your power cables if there were any attached to it as well as your display cable.

Now, plug the power supply cable back in, switch the PSU back on and power up the system. It should display the POST screen and the options to enter CMOS/BIOS setup. Enter the bios setup program and reconfigure the boot settings for either the Windows boot manager or for legacy systems, the drive your OS is installed on if necessary.

Save settings and exit. If the system will POST and boot then you can move forward from there including going back into the bios and configuring any other custom settings you may need to configure such as Memory XMP, A-XMP or D.O.C.P profile settings, custom fan profile settings or other specific settings you may have previously had configured that were wiped out by resetting the CMOS.

In some cases it may be necessary when you go into the BIOS after a reset, to load the Optimal default or Default values and then save settings, to actually get the hardware tables to reset in the boot manager.

It is probably also worth mentioning that for anything that might require an attempt to DO a hard reset in the first place, IF the problem is related to a lack of video signal, it is a GOOD IDEA to try a different type of display as many systems will not work properly for some reason with displayport configurations. It is worth trying HDMI if you are having no display or lack of visual ability to enter the BIOS, or no signal messages.

Trying a different monitor as well, if possible, is also a good idea if there is a lack of display. It happens.

How dangerous is it to do the Hard Reset Procedure ? i also forgot to mention sometimes when the Crash happen too much and i had to change the Ram position and when it works date and times settings seems rolled back a few hrs or minutes, is this bios version that could be the problem ?

Does this effect how my Internet Adapter do ?
Do i need to update it 1 by 1 or go straight to the newest ?

Straight to the latest "stable" BIOS release. I don't recommend using "Beta" BIOS releases EXCEPT when it's known that a beta release directly addresses a problem you already know you are having, specifically. You do not need to do each release in most cases but there ARE a few cases where you must install a specific release before installing any of the releases that followed that one, and generally it will tell you this in the list of releases on the support page.

In your case, since you are already on version 3.4, you can go directly to version 4.6 or if you choose to install the latest, which is a beta version, 8.01. Either of them SHOULD be fine, but I'd probably just stick to 4.6. If that does not help after updating and doing a hard reset then you can always TRY version 8.01. Likely though, for now there are probably no meaningful changes between 4.6 and 8.01 other than updating the Agesa code.

Doing a hard reset of the BIOS is not "dangerous" at all. There is no danger involved. It is a standard procedure. Sure, anything can happen from time to time but this is a standard troubleshooting and post updating procedure that I (And thousands of other people) have performed hundreds and hundreds of times, and have recommended others to do with success more times than I can recall. You will want to note any personal settings you may have configured in the BIOS, if you have manually configured any settings in there such as fan curves etc. as you will need to reconfigure those settings after the hard reset, and in fact, just about always even if all you did was update the BIOS.
