When I'm playing games such as Black Mesa, Battlefield 3, CS:GO, Dota2 my computer will crash at random. I will have to force reboot for it to work.

System Specs:
  • Case: Cooler Master HAF X
    PSU: Corsair HX850 850W
    Mother Board: Asus P8Z77-V Pro
    CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K 3,4Ghz Socket 1155
    CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro H80
    Memory: Corsair XMS3 Vengeance DDR3 PC12800/1600MHz CL9 2x4GB (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD7870 GHz Edition OC HDMI 2xDP 2GB
    HDD: WD Black WD2002FAEX 64MB 2TB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Effects upon crashing:
  • In-game sounds loops or it completely stops or it doesn't get affected.
Out of game sounds play normal (I can still hear and talk on Skype)
    Mouse and keyboard freezes
Playing in window mode gives white screen. Playing in fullscreen mode gives black screen (see below)
Things I have tried:
  • Memtest86 for 24hours (0 errors)
Sent GPU back to retail shop where they tested it for a few days. They found no errors.
    Updated all drivers
    Updated MB bios
    Checked temps (see below)
Pictures:
Temps:
I used GPU-z and SensorView Pro to log temperatures each second for 3 different crashes. The 5 seconds pre-crash temps are:
CPU:
  • Crash 1: Min: 35°C, Max: 55°C
    Crash 2: Min: 33°C, Max: 51°C
    Crash 3: Min: 34°C, Max: 40°C
GPU:
  • Crash 1: Min: 59°C, Max: 61°C
    Crash 2: Min: 56°C, Max: 57°C
    Crash 3: Min: 56°C, Max: 56°C
