Hi TomsHardware,

Please share your knowledge regarding this issue I am facing.

PC Crashes but ALL LED lights stays on, nothing is responsive(mouse, keyboard, monitor). And also the Power and Reset button doesnt also respond.

This happens randomly, sometimes when I am playing, sometimes when I am surfing the web, so I guess heat/cpu load isnt the problem here? But hey, I might be wrong.

I think my power supply is the culprit. Ive got a Cooler Master Thunder M 620w.

Summary of my specs:

Mobo: Gigabyte FM2
Proc: A10-6800k
GPU: EVGA 750TI FTW (please don't ask why I have an APU and a discrete GPU :pfff:)
RAM: 8GB GSKILL Ripjaws

Ive got 4: 120mm Deepcool fans.

Thanks for the input guys.

My Speech Professor's computer also had the same issue with his computer, power/reset wouldn't respond and keyboard and mouse had no power. I had to unplug the PSU and replug and everything went back to normal. I suggest if you have another PSU lying around or if you have a friend knowledgeable in PC's to borrow his PSU you could test to see if the PSU is the cause. As well, can you dive into the BIOS to tell me your temps?

Exactly this is what happens, 5 minutes after posting the thread my pc crashed again. Luckily I have a generic PSU lying around, had to swap. What will the temperature say exactly? or rather, what should I look for in the temperature?

Your IDLE temps. But now that you are using a diffirent PSU in your system what is the wattage rating? I need to know if you are able to dive into some games to see if the problem happens again.

Just played The Legend of Korra for like 45+min, and no crashes. I will post the temps later.

Kk, come back to me if crashing occurs, if not then you are good.
