Question Pc Crashes can’t boot in to windows 10 for more than 10 Seconds

Build my own pc it’s been fine for months and then out of the blue it restarts it‘s self. It did it twice so I de to wipe the pc and start from scratch. I reinstalled Windows 10 20H2 version. Every was ok and the next day, screen goes off bios screen pops up and then it gets to windows and after 10 seconds same again it gets to a repair screen I‘ve try safe mode does the same.

my hardware

AMD 3900X, ASUS Rog Strix X570-E Gaming ATX (2802) also try (2606) Corsair Dominactor Plainnum RGB 32gb 2x16gb DDR4 3200 PC4-25600 C16 1.35V, Kraken Z63 280mm, Samsung Pro 970 SSD Main OS drive, Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT Nitro+ 8GB GDDR6 PCI-Express Graphics Card,
Corsair RMi Series RM850i ATX/EPS Fully Modular 80 PLUS Gold 850 W Power Supply Unit, Qnap 10gb network card QXG-10G1T.
I’ve try swapping out the power supply, motherboard, taking the battery out and clearing the CMOS. I’m waiting for replacements ram and graphics card as I don't know what else too try.

When you get to the repair screen, is it an automatic repair and did you let it run?

Try using a single RAM stick (make sure it is in the correct slot for a single stick). If one does not work, swap to the other. If it still fails, then try telling the CMOS to reset to default values.

Yes I try the repair just crashes.

Yes I try the ram too with clearing CMOS

Ok I’ve not swapped out the Ram and the Graphics Card and still the same 😞 the last thing to try the cpu.
