For a little while now my PC can run maybe for a few hours.. or a few minutes and then completely freeze..

Sound stops, graphics stop, everything. Cannot open Windows Task Manager and have to restart it from the main power button

So far I have ran RAM diagnostic tests - Appeared to be error free.
I have also disabled Hard-Drive sleep in windows 10 power options.

NO anti-virus software will install, I have also installed and ran the mcafee removal tool, it seemed to complete its job, still no difference!

Any help would be apprecited! Thank You! :D

I doubt the PSU or any other hardware is the issue since he said he can't install any AV software. That right there is a red flag to me. Why he doesn't already have AV software installed in the first place is another issue. Mcafee doesn't have the best reputation these days, so I'd be hesitant to rely on just their tools alone.

I would try MalwareBytes and see if that finds anything. Right now, bitcoin miners are becoming more and more common and some websites have installed them through unsuspecting users' browsers.

Other diagnostics I would do is check the event logs after the crash and see if it turns up anything.

I've ran malwarebytes - didn't find anything.

Any other ideas??

Thanks!
