PC Crashes during graphics-intensive gaming

I recently built my PC
Specs:
i7-4790K
8GB Corsair RAM
Sapphire r9 290
ASUS Maximus VII Formula
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

And when I try to run heavy duty games (Battlefield 4), my pc will crash (or just freeze and get stuck in an audio loop) anywhere from 15-30 minutes into playing. So I looked around a bit and saw some mentions of system overheating, so I took the liberty of recording some of the temperatures:
Idle temps:

Gaming temps:

And the temperatures don't look like they would be causing a crash (I have never seen my GPU go over 60C)

I can play lower intensity games just fine, but when playing things like bf4, I get a BSOD

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Solution
Its only been a few hours, but I think I may have solved the issue.
Downloaded AI Suite 3 (Don't have an optical drive, so I didn't install at build)
set fans to (nearly) maximum, decreased CPU overclocking potential, decreased RAM overclocking
Thanks, Ck1_13 for the help!
Are you able to get any errors from the BSOD, such as a stop 0x0000007b for instance? Those help a lot. If the PC is rebooting and not letting you read the BSOD screen, then turn off automatic restart:

control panel, system, advanced system settings, under startup and recovery click settings, then uncheck automatically restart.

Now when the BSOD appears you should see some information, if on the other hand the PC is still restarting, and not holding the BSOD on screen, it is probably a hardware issue.

FYI, in the old days stuttering sound was often caused by IRQ conflicts in device manager. Shouldn't be a problem nowadays, but you could try ensuring your BIOS is set to 'Plug and PLay OS installed=yes" (or try no if it's already on yes)

Okay, so I stopped automatic rebooting and this is what the BSOD displayed:

STOP: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFFA8008082028, 0x00000000BE000000, 0x000000000100110A

Which, of course, is a hardware issue. I looked around a bit more and because the system isn't failing on start up, I think it still might be an overheating issue. I'm going to try to reapply thermal compound on Tuesday to see if that fixes anything

A tricky error to work with, most times this is caused by a hardware issue, but sometimes it's a driver.
Try running a stress test on the CPU such as "CPU stability test".

Also try stripping everything down, remove any hardware you don't need: extra hard drives, use 1 stick of memory if you can, unplug any USB devices, flash drives, cameras, etc. If this works, start putting things back until the problem occurs, then you'll know what it is and can go from there.

So I downloaded CPU stability test (v 6.0) and got :

Error message received from module T Prime
Error: Exception
Fatal: Yes
End of message
Testing stopped your system is unstable

I haven't even tried to overclock my machine, any idea on what this could mean?
Edit: When in BIOS, there is a setting that resembles some sort of automatic overclocking, but I can't seem to turn it off, sorry to be so inept, but do you have any experience with this?

I don't know the exact meaning of that code, Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it's telling you there's a problem with your CPU. It could be somthing simple, maybe incorrect Voltage? Not seated properly?
My Asus motherboard has an autooverclocking option, but what it really does is underclock it when the system is idle, and clocks it back up to full speed, when the system is in use. That is probably what you have there. I have very low bandwidth , so I didn't check your motherboard manual for BIOS options, but Your motherboards homepage is

http://www.asus.com/ca-en/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VII_FORMULA/

check support, to get manual. Maybe something in there will help.Nice motherboard btw :)
