PC crashes during RAM test

Since two weeks my PC crashes randomly (while idling and under load). I did stress testing on "every" part (GPU, CPU, RAM), but everything was stable (no crashes, temps were fine), except RAM. When I ran memtest86 the crashes didn't happen (memtest86 also does not give any errors). But when I run another Memtester (http://hcidesign.com/memtest/) the system crashes at around 2%. Any ideas?

Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H (rev. 1.1)
CPU: Intel Core i5 3330 (no overclock, stock cooler)
RAM: Kingston Value RAM (KVR1333D3N9/4G) in Dual Channel
PSU: Thermaltake Berlin 630W Bronze
Graphicscard: Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 290 4GB GDDR5 (Old Edition)
HDD: Toshiba 1TB
SSD: Samsung SSD 850 Evo 250GB

I tried my RAM with only one module and in every slot combination, but the crashes still occur.
I also tried swapping out the PSU, but the crashes were still there.
I did reflash my BIOS and reinstall the drivers, but the crashes do not end.

I really have no idea how to fix this, so if you have a good idea, please let me know.

I did try that, but it did not find any errors. I'm a little bit of a newbie software wise, so: How do I get in safe mode? 😀

Edit: I do know now. 😀

This guide should help.http://www.howtogeek.com/107511/how-to-boot-into-safe-mode-on-windows-8-the-easy-way/

Safe modes loads the "bare minimum" basic drivers for the OS to run and most installed software ect. don't work. There's a good chance that if crashes don't occur here, its a software problem. If they do, it could be a hardware problem. Also, what kind of crashes are you getting?

My PC just turns off like I just unplugged the power plug, and then turns back on.

Edit: I did manage toget into safe mode, but my pc still crashes during the benchmark.

Odd as it may sound(since you just replaced it), your power off and restart for no reason is typically a PSU problem. Are there any logs in Event Viewer? May want to try a program called BlueScreenView to see if there are any EventID logs that it can provide information for.

No, the only thing in EventViewer that is a critical is saying "Your system restarted without shutting down properly." And the warnings aren't related to my problem I think.

And BlueScreeView doesn't show anything. :/

Can you recommend a good PSU for my PC (possibly a low prized one)?

Perhaps something like this. http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16817151096. I use a Seasonic 860W myself for OC testing new parts and working on PCs. Here's another link for PSU Tier list.http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html. It's listed as a Tier two model.
