PC crashes each time i adjust my gpu fan speed

As stated above for the last three days whenever i tweak my gpu fan with asus gpu tweak the screen starts buzzing out with horizontal lines. They gradually get worse the more things that happen on the screen until it turns black completely. Or... If i just close the programe as a whole the screen just turns black

Be sure the rest of the settings are at stock setting before clicking apply for the fan speed. IF the settings, Core/Memory/Shaders, are raised to far it could cause this issue.

Cheers. Computer tends to blue screen when i open skype whilst i have gputweak running in the background. When i "end task" before opening skype it works perfectly fine. Its kinda like how i cant be watching a video whilst having gputweak running
