Question Pc crashes & freezing [gaming and video]

this my pc, it crashes or freezes up making a horrible noise every once in a while usually when playing a video or a game. the error happens across several applications. I cant figure it out...if anyone wants to read that and can figure out what is wrong also here is a benchmark
