Gentlemen, the problem is the following, after assembling the computer, I installed a fresh Windows 10, installed all the latest drivers, but in games the computer constantly crashes (sometimes to the desktop, sometimes it goes into reboot and shows a critical error Kernel-Power 41 (63) BugcheckCode 209). I don’t think the problem is in power supply, there is a new 1000-watt power supply from be quiet. Crashes mostly occur while loading saves in games, but sometimes during normal gameplay after a freeze.

My system:
i9-11900k
Asus tuf Rtx 3080 ti oc
gigabyte z590 pro ax
16 (2x8) patriot viper blackout 3600mhz (with standard xmp the system didn't start, I had to lower the memory frequency to 3466)
Be quiet straight power 11 1000w 80+gold

Trying to find info on forums, I stumbled upon a guy whose bios automatically set a huge frequency for the processor, which caused crashes. In my BIOS it says cpu frequency - 4800mhz, and in Windows in the device manager 3.50ghz, maybe this is the problem? Thank you in advance !

RAM installed in slots a2-b2? BIOS up-to-date? Latest chipset driver installed for motherboard?
RAM in a2-b2, BIOS was updated by gigabyte app after the first start (not sure), chipset driver updated today but PC is still crashing. Checked dmp file with whocrashed app, here are results (as far as i understand the problem is in drivers):
