With weird i mean white and blue or diferrent colored squares all over it, this usually happens when i play 3d games, if the pc doesn't crash and i am able to close the game, for some reason, if i play it for a while and then decide to close the game and open any other program or try to turn off the computer, the pc crashes. Who crashed says:

I have seached for this but it didn't help much, and i guess this supposed to be a bsod, although i never really got one, only the complete crash.
The whole computer is new, except for the graphics card(GT 1030), the ssd and hdd, i have been told my graphics card is the problem, and i think it is, i do want to buy a new one, but not right now, prices are too high for that, plus, i want don't want to buy it just to figure it was something else, so i wanted to see a second opinion.
