PC crashes mid game and displays a random color screen

I recently upgraded my pc from an a6-6400k and no dedicated gpu to a x4 860k and a gtx750ti. I upgraded the bios on the motherboard to support my cpu. The temps of the GPU are fine but the cpu temps are 50 degrees Celsius at idle. I use a stock cooler for the cpu. When i am playing a game thats not very intensive i.e. csgo i can play for a while hwoever the the screen randomly goes a solid color and only a hard reser fixes this

please help me asap

with 50C being your idel temp I'm thinking that you are definitely overheating when doing intensive workloads.
Which cooler do you have?

I have the stock cooler for the x4 860k but i havent overclocked. could it be the psu maybe? as we speak the temps are 80 degrees idle :C
