PC crashes occasionally after exiting games.

As the title says, my computer sometimes crashes after I played a game. It doesn't matter which game (all though so far it's only been twice and on bigger games) but sometimes it has the problem where the screen would turn black after exiting the game and nothing would happen. Wouldn't be able to CTRL ALT and DELETE but after several seconds it would just restart and work perfectly fine after that. I have all the latest drivers for my graphics card and was curious to what the problem may be. It has never crashed in game so far so I don't think it is a heat issue, even so I have a temperature of 61-65 C at most while playing games like Shadow of Mordor or Assassin's Creed Unity.

My first thought is that it might be a ram problem, however when ram causes a crash it generally tends to give a blue screen. Even so, it may benefit you to use windows memory diagnostic tool to check your ram for errors.

Thanks! I'm not home right now but ill definitely check my ram afterwards.

EDIT: So it ended up saying that there are no memory problems.
