Question Pc crashes randomly, ssd dying?

Hello, for a while my pc gets random BSOD, then restarts and its all good, nothing in event viewer at critical or at error.
Or it just freezes and stays like this until i hit the manual restart.

Checked the ssd with Crystal Disk Info, 97% health.

Ssd: WD Blue 3d AND 500GB SATA-III 2.5 INCH
Windows 10 latest update (kept crashing with previous updates aswell)

Any ideas what might be? Im thinking the ssd is still failing, or is windows corupted?

Could be a bunch of anything.

Just to get it out of the mix put a copy of memtest86 on a flash stick.

Boot the stick and let it run.....no errors allowed.
